Currently the functionality to prevent an employee's info from being publicly displayed is to update the "Hide in Phonebook" option inside of each employee's profile. Would it be possible to make the default be to NOT allow the employee's info such as a phone number or email address to be publicly seen? The majority of employees do NOT want their info viewable, so it would be easier to manage this to make the default be to hide it instead of an extra step of changing each profile to hide it. Thanks!
